Terms of Service & Rental Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Welcome to Your Vegas Party Bus ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking our services, making a payment, or signing this agreement (electronically or physically), you ("Customer", "Client", or "Primary Guest") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement & Authorization

By providing your credit card information and completing our ID verification process, you explicitly authorize Your Vegas Party Bus to charge your card for all services rendered, including the deposit, remaining balance, and any potential additional fees incurred during your trip (e.g., overtime, damages, cleaning fees).

You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder and that the identification provided matches the credit card used for the booking.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team in writing at Sabo@yourvegaspartybus.com. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

Standard Cancellation Tiers:

More than 7 days before service: Full refund of the deposit and any prepaid balance, minus a 5% administrative processing fee.
3 to 7 days before service: The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional prepaid balance will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours before service: No refunds will be issued. The full amount of the booking is due and non-refundable.

Exceptions:

In the unlikely event that Your Vegas Party Bus must cancel a reservation due to mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued immediately. We are not liable for consequential damages (e.g., missed flights, concert tickets) resulting from such cancellations.

3. Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer without first following our dispute resolution process.

Required Dispute Process:

If you are dissatisfied with our service or believe an error has occurred in billing, you MUST contact us at Sabo@yourvegaspartybus.com within 48 hours of the service completion.
You must provide a detailed explanation of the issue and allow us 7 business days to investigate and propose a resolution.

Unlawful Chargebacks ("Friendly Fraud"):

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank for valid services rendered or for non-refundable cancellation fees as defined in Section 2, we will consider this a breach of contract and an act of "Friendly Fraud."

In such cases, Your Vegas Party Bus reserves the right to:

Submit this signed agreement, your ID verification, GPS logs of the trip, and communication records as absolute proof of authorization to your bank.
Pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, plus all associated legal fees, arbitration costs, and a $250 administrative recovery fee.
Report the incident to industry fraud databases, which may impact your ability to book luxury transportation services in the future.

4. Passenger Conduct & Alcohol Policy

To ensure the safety of all passengers and our staff, strict rules apply:

Age Compliance: In accordance with Nevada State Law, no alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle if any passenger is under the age of 21. If a minor is found consuming alcohol, the trip will be terminated immediately without refund.
Prohibited Substances: The possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the service and police notification.
Smoking/Vaping: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Vaping is also prohibited. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.
Behavior: The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund if passengers behave in a disorderly, threatening, or unsafe manner.

5. Damages & Cleaning Fees

The Primary Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or any member of their party during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive Cleaning: $250 - $500 fee for vomit, bodily fluids, or excessive trash/spills requiring professional detailing.
Physical Damage: Cost of repair plus labor and loss of use fees for broken seats, windows, electronics, or interior fixtures.
Theft: Replacement cost for any missing items (glassware, aux cords, etc.).

By signing this agreement, you authorize Your Vegas Party Bus to charge the credit card on file for these damages immediately upon inspection of the vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your Vegas Party Bus is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during or after the rental. While we exercise extreme care, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or mechanical breakdown beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
